Depending upon the calibration of your computer, colours may differ on your screen. Pamplemousse by TMG cannot be held liable for any discrepancies between the actual colours of the products and the way they appear on your screen.

Prices & Price changes

All prices are quoted in euros. Pamplemousse by TMG cannot be held responsible for any changes in currency exchange rates between time of purchase and processing time. The shipping costs are not included in the price of each product and will vary depending on destination.

Pamplemousse by TMG reserves the right to change the prices of products sold. Product prices will be valid during your order processing time.

Should you opt to pay via bank transfer, please be advised that if we do not receive payment or proof of payment within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled.

Portugal - 8 euros

Europe - 18 euros

USA, Canada & Brazil - 30 euros

Rest of the World - 40 euros

Please bear in mind that your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes once the package reaches your country. Our shipments to countries outside the EU are sent according to Incoterm Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) which means that we cannot support taxes or import fees and are unable to predict what those extra charges will be. It will be your responsibility to pay and deliver to customs any necessary info so that your package can be cleared. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Order Confirmation

After completing your order and making the payment you will receive an email confirming your order.


You can exchange your order up to 14 days from the receipt of the order. Products for exchange must be returned in perfect condition, i.e not having been used, washed, or handled. Only returned items in the original packaging , fully intact and with original tag and labels will be accepted. Please note that the original invoice must be included in the packaging. Pamplemousse by TMG is not responsible for any shipping costs incurred in connection with the return of a product for exchange. Exchange items should be sent to:
