Depending upon the calibration of your computer, colours may differ on your screen. Pamplemousse by TMG cannot be held liable for any discrepancies between the actual colours of the products and the way they appear on your screen.

Please bear in mind that your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes once the package reaches your country. Our shipments to countries outside the EU are sent according to Incoterm Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) which means that we cannot support taxes or import fees and are unable to predict what those extra charges will be. It will be your responsibility to pay and deliver to customs any necessary info so that your package can be cleared. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

You can exchange your order up to 14 days from the receipt of the order. Products for exchange must be returned in perfect condition, i.e not having been used, washed, or handled. Only returned items in the original packaging, fully intact and with original tag and labels will be accepted. Please note that the original invoice must be included in the packaging. Pamplemousse by TMG is not responsible for any shipping costs incurred in connection with the return of a product for exchange. Exchange items should be sent to:
